Job summary

Veriff is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Biometric Authentication: driving customer research, pricing, and roadmap in collaboration with ML, engineering, design, sales, and GTM. You’ll operate autonomously, ship fast, and balance commercial trade-offs in a fast-moving, distributed environment.

You’ll lead end-to-end product strategy, own a commercial metric, and shape packaging and pricing grounded in real unit economics. This role offers remote work flexibility and impactful scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in fintech or marketplace products.
• Background in authentication, security, or identity.
• Ability to program is a plus; you should be able to query and debug independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end to end: strategy, roadmap, and execution for Biometric Authentication.
• Own a commercial metric: diagnose gaps and drive changes with cross-functional teams.
• Make decisions at scale considering cost, conversion, and latency in live contracts.
• Run a tight customer-feedback loop turning enterprise feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Own competitive positioning and pricing grounded in unit economics.
• Operate with high agency and achieve independence within ~60 days.
