Job summary

Veriff is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Biometric Authentication to own strategy, roadmap, and execution across ML, engineering, and design. You will lead customer research, pricing decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue, adoption, and secure, scalable identity services.

You will thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, own critical metrics, and ship with minimal direction while partnering with global teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation and comfort with distributed systems, ML concepts, and operational metrics.
• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or marketplace contexts.
• Deep understanding of B2B2C user experiences within enterprise software.
• Experience in fast-moving scale-ups with high ambiguity.
• Background in authentication, security, or identity is preferred.
• Previous software engineering or data science exposure helps but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own Biometric Authentication end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, and execution with ML, engineering, and design teams.
• Define and own a commercial metric (revenue, adoption, or conversion) and drive research and process changes with cross-functional partners.
• Make scalable trade-off decisions on cost, latency, and performance under live contracts.
• Establish a tight customer-feedback loop and translate insights into a prioritized roadmap.
• Shape packaging and pricing grounded in real unit economics for the biometric/auth identity space.
• Operate with high autonomy and deliver high-impact work within ~60 days.
