Job summary

Veriff in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Biometric Authentication end-to-end, from strategy to execution, working with ML, engineering and design teams. You will drive commercial metrics, research, pricing, and a cross-functional roadmap, balancing cost, latency, and revenue in an enterprise context while maintaining rapid delivery in a fast-moving, global environment.

Based in Jacksonville or US remote, you will operate with high autonomy within a distributed team,

Qualifications

• Technical background with distributed systems, ML, and operational metrics.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in fintech or marketplace products.
• Background in authentication, security, or identity.
• Software engineering or data science background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Biometric Authentication product end-to-end across ML, engineering, and design.
• Drive research, pricing strategy, and cross-functional roadmaps.
• Make commercial trade-offs and optimize for revenue, adoption, and conversion.
• Lead customer feedback loops to shape a defensible roadmap.
• Monitor packaging and pricing based on unit economics.
• Operate with high autonomy and deliver high-impact work quickly.
