Job summary

Veriff is seeking a Senior PM to own Biometric Authentication, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution across ML, eng, and design. You will focus on revenue, adoption, and conversion metrics, partnering with GTM and sales to optimize pricing and packaging. You’ll ship in fast-moving, ambiguous contexts with distributed teams worldwide.

You’ll lead a cross-functional squad, make trade-offs on cost and latency, and drive a customer-driven roadmap for continued trust online.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in scale-up environments.
• Background in fintech or marketplace products with authentication/identity focus.
• Technical fluency: distributed systems, ML, operational metrics; programming ability a plus.
• Ability to make commercial trade-offs and own pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own Biometric Authentication end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution with ML, engineering and design.
• Lead revenue, adoption or conversion metrics with cross-functional collaboration with sales/GTM.
• Make high-signal, scalable decisions about cost, latency, and enterprise contract trade-offs.
• Establish a tight customer feedback loop and defend roadmap against competing pressures.
