Job summary

Veriff is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Biometric Authentication: strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end execution across a cross-functional squad of ML, engineering, and design. You will drive adoption, conversion, and revenue metrics in close partnership with GTM.

You will thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, ship quickly, and operate with high autonomy while making commercial trade-offs and pricing decisions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Technical background with distributed systems, ML, metrics, COGS, and SDK delivery.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in fintech or marketplace products.
• Background in authentication, security, or identity.

Responsibilities

• Own Biometric Authentication end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution with ML, engineering, and design.
• Own a commercial metric and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Make decisions at scale considering cost, conversion, and latency in live contracts.
• Turn enterprise feedback into a prioritized roadmap.
• Shape pricing and packaging based on real unit economics.
• Operate with high agency and deliver high-impact work within ~60 days.
