Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. seeks an IT Project Manager in Plano, TX to plan, manage, and deliver IT initiatives within time and budget constraints. You will liaise between business and technical teams, document requirements, and drive project plans from initiation to closure.

The role requires enterprise PM experience, strong communication, and bilingual capability in Korean and English. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage schedules, and lead teams in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Project Management or related technical field.
• Demonstrated understanding of PM processes, strategies and methods.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project tasks, coordination, tracking, and scheduling.
• Generate project documentation including scope, objectives, requirements, schedule, and status.
• Produce reports and charts for leadership on progress.
• Define scope, requirements, deliverables, stakeholders for infrastructure projects.
• Lead project meetings and short/long term planning.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
• Track milestones, costs, progress, issues, and risks; report to management.
• Gather requirements using interviews, workshops, and analysis.
