Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal Program Manager in Waco, TX. This role leads modification and maintenance programs across multiple platforms, including proposal preparation, SOWs, and contract performance.

You will work with the program team to ensure cost, schedule, and technical success. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of PM experience (10+ with a Graduate Degree) and preferably an aerospace/DoD background with strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive PM experience.
• 12+ years of relevant experience; 10+ with Graduate Degree; 16 years in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance; active clearance preferred.
• Aerospace/DoD and production operations experience is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance of AT-modification/maintenance contracts within AM&M.
• Negotiate contracts and contract changes.
• Coordinate proposals, plans, statements of work, budgets, and terms.
• Act as customer contact and lead program review with leadership and customer.
• Set milestones, monitor plans, and resolve schedule/program issues.
• Coordinate tasks with IPT, engineering, and finance from technical and admin areas.
