Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of project engineers across multiple programs.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and program chiefs to meet objectives.
• Support proposals, EVMS, estimates-to-complete, and roadmaps.
• Drive engineering quality through metrics and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, develop, and retain engineering staff; forecast manpower needs.
