Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal Program Manager in Waco, TX, to lead modification and maintenance programs within the AM&M group. You will oversee proposals, SOWs, and contract performance while coordinating with IPT and functional groups to meet technical and financial goals.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to work with the Customer and senior leadership in a fast-paced defense environment. Security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance of aircraft modification and maintenance contracts within the AM&M Programs Business Area.
• Participate in negotiation of contracts and contract changes.
• Coordinate preparation of proposals, budgets, and specifications; manage financial terms/conditions of contracts.
• Act as customer contact for AM&M efforts; lead program reviews with leadership and customers.
