Job summary

MPI in Athens, GA seeks a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction to completion. You will drive schedules, control budgets, and coordinate subcontractors and consultants to meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, proactive communication, and maintaining client relationships while delivering projects on time and within budget in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, or large-scale residential projects.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration skills.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Review contracts, change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
• Partner with Superintendents to drive field execution and project performance.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
