Job summary

MPI is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial construction initiatives in the Atlanta area. You will oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships on complex projects valued at $2M or more, coordinating with teams, subs, and consultants to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience in commercial, healthcare, or multi-use environments, with strong budgeting, scheduling, and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience in commercial construction
• Experience delivering tenant improvements in Class A offices
• Experience with healthcare construction projects
• Ground-up construction experience preferred
• Higher education project experience preferred
• Experience managing renovation in occupied buildings
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and project controls tools
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships
• Lead commercial construction projects valued at $2M+
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
• Drive project financial performance and maintain profitability targets
• Coordinate construction activities within occupied and active facilities
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project reporting
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle
