Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects across multifamily, commercial, educational and light industrial sectors in the Southeast. You will manage multiple projects concurrently, oversee all phases from planning to closeout, and leverage Procore for project control and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work from the Mooresville, NC

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial/construction sectors.
• Strong leadership and ownership on projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Procore is required.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ground-up multifamily experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-4 concurrent construction projects ranging from approximately $7M-$15M in value.
• Oversee projects through all phases: planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management and closeout.
• Utilize Procore extensively for project administration, communication, documentation, cost management and reporting.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Track project financials, monitor risks and maintain schedules and milestones.
• Drive project execution while upholding safety, quality and client satisfaction.
