Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing commercial General Contractor in Atlanta. The role expects progression from Project Engineer to PM and involves leading projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage CPM scheduling with MS Project or Primavera P6, handle submittals and RFIs, manage change orders and cost projections, and support contract administration and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial GC projects is required.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6 for CPM scheduling.
• Experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, cost projections, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Prepare CPM schedules and schedule updates using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and monthly cost projections.
• Assist in contract administration and risk management.
