Job summary

Ontic is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead its integrations roadmap and transform integrations into scalable, monetizable platform offerings. This role defines API contracts, data models, developer experience, and GTM alignment, ensuring Ontic’s platform scales through a standardized, API-first, and low/no-code framework.

You will partner with Engineering, Field, and GTM to translate customer needs into product requirements, drive monetization, and advance AI-enabled workflows for

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management for SaaS/cloud platforms, 4+ years in integrations/APIs.
• Proven success in API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of API and data model design and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations product roadmap and prioritize by customer value and ARR impact.
• Define API contracts, data models, and integration standards across Ontic products.
• Collaborate with Integrations Architect to evolve frameworks and marketplace.
• Benchmark competition to keep DX, speed, and reliability best-in-class.
• Translate customer needs with Engineering, GTM, and CS into product requirements.
• Align with GTM and CS on packaging, pricing, and positioning of integrations.
• Champion DX with simplified configuration, docs, and self-service capabilities.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve integration value and automation.
• Define success metrics and use data to inform roadmap and investments.
