EAC Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as Owner’s Representative for a major airport terminal project in Miami.

You will lead on-site construction management and inspection, coordinating with the owner, architect, engineers, contractor, and regulators to ensure project integrity. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/CM, 15+ years of building-construction experience, and a PE/RA license or equivalent; you’ll drive schedules, safety,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Registered Architect or Professional Engineer license required.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant building-construction experience.
• Experience as Construction Manager, CEI Project Manager, or Owner’s Representative.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Owner’s Representative during construction.
• Lead and coordinate the construction administration and inspection team.
• Monitor contractor work for compliance with contract documents and codes.
• Coordinate with owner, architect, engineers, contractor, and regulators.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
• Review schedules, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and testing reports.
• Monitor costs, schedule performance, quality, safety, and risks.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, minutes, and project records.
• Identify nonconforming work and coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead progress meetings and provide written owner reports.
• Manage punch-list, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
