Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff / Senior Product Manager to own role-based experiences and extensibility for AI/Super Intelligence Control Tower (SICT). You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for persona-tailored experiences and upgrade-safe customization across a unified SICT product.

You’ll own information architecture and partner with UI framework teams to keep the experience fast, cohesive, and upgrade-safe through multiple business units.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering user-centric experiences for complex enterprise products.
• Experience with AI-native or AI-assisted governance or extension strategies.
• Strong ability to align multiple teams and business units without direct authority.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, with stakeholder management demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SICT role-based experiences and extensibility.
• Identify key personas and deliver consistent, upgrade-safe customization and extension pathways.
• Own information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation across surfaces.
• Partner with UI framework teams to evolve framework and keep the experience fast and up to date.
