Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Staff/Senior Product Manager to drive Observability for AI/SI Control Tower (SICT). You will define and deliver the roadmap for evaluations, monitoring, and trace observability to help customers see how their AI behaves, performs, and risks in one place.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers, owning metrics like time to detect anomalies and ensuring alignment across platform teams.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI/SI into work processes and decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of LLM and agent evaluation methods (LLM-as-a-judge).
• Experience in AI/SI observability, tracing, telemetry.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and security concerns in AI/SI systems.
• Proven track record delivering user-centric AI/SI platform products.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the roadmap for SICT Observability.
• Own evaluations and Judges for AI/SI behavior and performance.
• Deliver per-asset monitoring and sampling controls.
• Drive trace redaction and gateway observability.
• Partner with observability platform and LLM gateway teams for integrated signals.
• Define and monitor success metrics including time to detect anomalies.
