Kelly Services seeks a Senior Product Manager for a leading global financial services company in New York to help define AI-powered payments and commerce. You will collaborate with engineering, fraud, legal, and risk teams to translate emerging technologies into secure product capabilities across channels.

The role requires 5+ years in product leadership, deep payments knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate a highly regulated environment while balancing customer needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or similar leadership experience.
• Experience with issuer payments, digital payments, fraud prevention, and disputes.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with engineering to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong judgment balancing customer needs, business goals, feasibility, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate emerging technologies for AI-enabled payments.
• Define requirements and technical specs for agentic commerce capabilities.
• Develop strategies balancing customer needs, internal requirements, and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with Fraud and Servicing to shape fraud prevention and disputes handling.
• Define standards and protocols with networks and product teams.
