Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build industry-specific Agentic Lead solutions within TikTok Ads Manager. This role owns the end-to-end lead-generation experience — from lead collection and qualification to conversion — and focuses on designing tailored solutions for priority verticals (e.g.

auto, education, finserv, local & professional services). You will identify new opportunities for industry solutions, and increasingly bring AI and agent-based capabilities into the

Qualifications

Mandarin and English communication required to support clients and stakeholders in Mainland China.
Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Agentic Lead industry solutions across priority verticals.
Bring AI and agent-based capabilities into the lead-generation experience.
Translate advertiser pain points and product strategy into clear requirements and launch plans.
Leverage feedback and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve the lead-generation experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and objectives.
