TikTok is seeking a Product Manager to lead Lead Ads Solutions in San Jose. You will own end-to-end lead generation within TikTok Ads Manager, from collection to conversion, and design industry-specific lead solutions for priority verticals.

You will collaborate with sales, industry teams, and cross-functional partners to translate advertiser needs into scalable product capabilities, use data to drive decisions, and stay ahead of ad-tech trends including AI-powered lead solutions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English to support clients and stakeholders
• 2+ years as a Product Manager with full product cycles
• Strong knowledge of online advertising ecosystem and bidding

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of Lead Ads features across TikTok Ads Manager
• Design industry-specific lead-generation solutions for priority verticals
• Partner with sales and industry teams to translate advertiser needs into scalable capabilities
