Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of a search or recommendation in a B2B product or marketplace.
• Experience building and scaling a search optimization and experimentation program with a framework, relevance metrics, and rigorous decision processes.
• Experience owning a personalization or recommendation surface and addressing cold start, feedback loops, and explainability.

Responsibilities

• Own the search experience on AgentExchange from the buyer's perspective, diagnose performance gaps, define quality metrics, ship improvements, and run experiments.
• Define and drive the GenAI search experience across AgentExchange, including multi-turn conversational search, AI-powered discovery, and relevance optimization; own ranking, retrieval, and personalization.
• Drive the personalization roadmap for authenticated experience, building Phase 2 signals to lift click-through and install conversion from the homepage.
