Job summary

Chronosphere, a Palo Alto Networks company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to bridge customer needs with engineering execution in a deeply technical observability product. You will drive hypotheses, build feedback loops, and shape product requirements for developers and platform users.

You’ll lead a dual-track process: discovery to specify what to build and agile delivery to implement it, with a focus on AI-enabled improvements and market-facing messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a product manager for a B2B cloud-native product.
• Experience building and operating SaaS products and knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Proven track record delivering software with agile processes and tight feedback loops.
• Experience leveraging GenAI to improve customer outcomes and PM productivity.
• Experience working with customers and prospects to shape roadmaps.
• Ability to turn customer research into a coherent strategy.
• Strong attention to detail that makes products loved and usable.
• Experience partnering with UX to build delightful features.
• Experience with data storage tiers in product design.
• No fear of diving deep into cloud-native monitoring and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary research interviewing end-users and buyers.
• Present strategies to senior leadership to define direction.
• Build a researched perspective on customer needs and prospects.
• Set priorities and shape the product roadmap.
• Act as product owner for a Scrum team.
• Manage backlog, groom stories, and break down tasks.
• Coordinate with GTM teams on positioning and messaging.
• Drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Translate concepts into buildable projects.
