Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking experienced engineers to join the Chronosphere observability team. You will design, build, and ship features using Go on Kubernetes across AWS and GCP, delivering fast, reliable user experiences for developers and operators.

The role supports a remote work setup with cross-geo collaboration. You will mentor peers, contribute to testing and deployment tooling, and help turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for customers.

Qualifications

• Own projects from inception to delivery, including leading a small team.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer empathy.
• Fluency in a system-level language (Go, C++, Java, C#, or Rust).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship features to core product using Go on Kubernetes across AWS/GCP.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering to ensure alignment across the development lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to testing, tooling, and deployment infrastructure.
