Chronosphere, a Palo Alto Networks company, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to bridge customers and engineering for a deeply technical observability platform. You’ll own roadmaps, craft requirements, and drive adoption in a fast-growing, AI-enabled environment.

We run two lanes—validation and agile build—working with GTM, UX, and data platforms to deliver measurable value for developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager on a B2B cloud native product.
• Experience building and operating SaaS products and knowledge of cloud platforms
• A track record of delivering software with agile processes and tight feedback loops.
• A track record of leveraging GenAI to improve both customer outcomes and Product Management productivity.
• Experience working with customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary research, interviewing end-users and buyers.
• Present strategies to senior leadership and provide direction.
• Set priorities and shape the roadmap.
• Coordinate with GTM teams on positioning and messaging.
• Act as product owner for a Scrum team and manage the backlog.
• Drive clarity and cross-functional alignment.
