Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a B2B cloud native product.
• Experience building and operating SaaS products with cloud platforms.
• Proven track record delivering software with Agile processes and fast feedback loops.
• Experience leveraging GenAI to improve customer outcomes and PM productivity.
• Ability to turn customer research into a coherent product strategy.
• Strong attention to detail to create lovable, usable products.
• Experience partnering with UX to build delightful features.
• Experience with data storage tier strategies.
• Comfort diving deep into cloud-native monitoring and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform primary research, interviewing end-users and buyers.
• Present strategies to senior leadership giving direction to complexity and ambiguity.
• Build a researched perspective on current customer and future prospects needs.
• Deeply understand the competition.
• Set priorities and shape the roadmap.
• Work cross functionally to establish key performance metrics and manage to them.
• Communicate priorities and the roadmap, and align the team around them.
• Convert concepts into buildable projects.
• Act as product owner for a Scrum team working on observability features.
• Manage the backlog, groom stories, and break down tasks.
• Coordinate with GTM teams on positioning and messaging.
• Drive clarity.
