Job summary

CallRail is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a key integration domain—ad platform or CRM integrations—with end-to-end ownership and cross‑functional collaboration. You will lead AI‑first strategies, partnering with Partnerships, engineering, and product design to ensure scalable, trusted integrations.

You will shape data sync, authentication, webhooks, and APIs while mentoring teams to ship impactful features. Atlanta-based with hybrid cadence and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years focused on integrations, partner ecosystems, or platform work.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in day-to-day practice.
• Track record shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end (CRMs, ad platforms, marketing automation, analytics, or communication tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own your integration domain and define core integrations.
• Lead strategy for your domain and align with partnerships and business strategy.
• Bring AI into the product; identify where AI improves the integration experience.
• Prioritize and measure product health, user feedback, and roadmap sequencing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Voice Assist, design, marketing, sales, and support.
