Job summary

CallRail is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for Core Integrations & API in Atlanta. You will ship net-new integrations, deepen existing ones, and own the developer-facing API and webhook surface that thousands rely on.

You’ll also manage the shared services, data sync, authentication, and tooling that enable faster integration builds. Collaboration with Support, Sales, and Marketing is essential to align on roadmap and fixes.

Qualifications

3-5 years of product management experience, including integrations, APIs, developer tools, or platform work.
Background in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
Track record of shipping B2B SaaS integrations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Build and deepen integrations: ship net-new core integrations and deepen existing ones beyond MVP.
Own the API and webhooks: versioning, documentation, and developer experience.
Prioritize and triage: manage bug queue, sequencing work, and cross-functional alignment.
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Support on launches and adoption.
Write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with technical context.
