Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable product capabilities. This role blends technical depth with business acumen, requiring end-to-end ownership, data-driven decision making, and strong communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of new product feature development, from concept through launch and beyond.
• Leverage product management and technical skills to design AI-powered features with measurable impact.
• Lead technical development of new product features, including hands-on contribution to development efforts.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to define success metrics and quantify business impact.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for senior leadership.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Prioritize features, experience enhancements, bug fixes, and simplify tech landscape in a fast-paced environment.
