Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
• Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions about technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product features from concept to launch and iteration.
• Develop generative AI-powered features to deliver measurable business impact.
• Prioritize features and capabilities to scale deal execution through automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Lead the technical development of new features, including hands-on contribution to development efforts.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to define success metrics and quantify business impact.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear communications for senior leadership.
