Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Manager, Product Management - Content Management Systems in the United States. You will own the CMS product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for government and destination marketing markets, balancing legacy products with platform modernization and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will lead a team of product managers and owners, collaborate with engineering, design, data, AI, marketing, and sales, and translate customer insights into scalable,

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of product management experience with leadership experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience coaching and developing product managers or product owners.
• Strong customer discovery, usability research, advisory sessions, or market research background.
• Hands-on prototyping of concepts and workflows, including AI-assisted tools.
• Proven lifecycle management from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Familiarity with CMS, digital experience workflows, and multi-channel delivery.
• Understanding of practical AI-enabled capabilities and responsible use in product design.
• Ability to work with engineering, UX, data, and AI teams to translate strategy into scalable products.
• Experience partnering with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, and growth.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CMS portfolio strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for government and destination marketing markets.
• Drive AI-enabled innovation to create next-generation content experiences.
• Engage customers and cross-functional teams to understand workflows and governance requirements.
• Develop prototypes and demonstrations to test assumptions before full-scale development.
• Balance investments across existing products, modernization, and new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, data, AI, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and prioritization using customer feedback, data, and market context.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, retention, revenue growth, and platform health.
• Identify pricing, packaging, and go-to-market opportunities.
• Communicate strategy and outcomes to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Lead and develop product managers and owners with clear goals and feedback.
• Promote practices centered on discovery, rapid prototyping, accountability, and responsible AI adoption.
