Job summary

VTEX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the CMS across our Commerce Platform. This role emphasizes hands-on, AI-native product development, rapid prototyping, and active use of AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution.

You will define the CMS strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, and customers, and drive experimentation, measurement, and cross-team alignment to deliver enterprise-grade content experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience building CMS, developer platforms, AI, or enterprise SaaS products.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling and development workflows.
• Ability to translate customer problems into product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the CMS product strategy and roadmap for VTEX CMS.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve content creation, management, personalization, governance, and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to build enterprise-grade CMS experiences.
• Rapidly validate ideas through prototypes and experiments.
• Leverage AI development workflows to accelerate discovery and validation.
• Partner with customers to understand content operations and developer needs.
• Drive decisions via customer insights, market research, and data analysis.
• Ensure CMS integrates with storefront, search, merchandising, and commerce services.
• Stay ahead of AI trends to create durable competitive advantages.
• Define success metrics and measure product impact and outcomes.
• Influence product direction across multiple teams and VTEX platform strategy.
