Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Content Management team. You will own execution across development teams, shaping product direction through customer insight and data-driven decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure we solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value, with emphasis on AI-powered features and effective go-to-market support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered features within a product.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to align stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution across development teams, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery cadence.
• Champion the voice of the customer via interviews, support data, and usage analytics to inform product decisions.
• Define problem statements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market launches.
• Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and risks to keep delivery on track.
• Own product-level performance reporting and use data to inform iteration and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA to ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
• Contribute to the broader content management portfolio strategy.
