Qualifications

• Experience delivering B2B SaaS products involving complex customer data and business workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and practical experience with APIs, data integrations, and data quality challenges.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding or development tools to build, prototype, and test functional solutions.
• Sufficient technical depth to investigate issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with software engineers.
• Ability to translate loosely defined customer needs into practical solutions, clear requirements, and actionable development plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, working with technical teams and executive customers.
• Track record of delivering useful solutions quickly even when requirements are incomplete.
• Sound judgment on when rapid prototyping is appropriate vs robust engineering.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs by engaging with customers and executives to clarify challenges and define initial solutions.
• Build and iterate on prototypes, reports, workflows, and lightweight integrations using SQL, APIs, low-code platforms, and AI-assisted tools.
• Ensure solution quality through data mapping, output accuracy, edge-case handling, usability, and acceptance testing.
• Validate solutions by testing and troubleshooting before presenting to customers.
• Translate insights into reusable product capabilities and clear development plans.
• Communicate recommendations and tradeoffs to customer leaders, setting realistic expectations.
• Collaborate with Engineering for architecture reviews, production support, or long-term scalability.
• Manage ambiguity and risk to keep projects moving forward.
