Reserv is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data to lead data-centric products at a cutting-edge insurtech. You will shape strategy, drive execution, and partner with engineering, data science, and operations to deliver data solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate across teams to align with business goals, manage the product lifecycle, and continuously optimize performance in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven products, ideally in insurance/financial services.
• Familiarity with data architecture, data management, and analytics platforms, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience managing products in an Agile environment, including writing user stories, backlogs, and sprint planning.
• End-to-end product lifecycle ownership with roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-informed decision making.

• Gain deep understanding of customer experience and fill product gaps to drive growth.
• Create buy-in for product vision internally and with external partners.
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies for data products.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

• Drive product launches with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure consistent messaging with product line.
