Job summary

Partly is building the insurer-facing product platform with global reach and a strong US focus in Austin. You will own the end-to-end insurer experience, define the product strategy and drive cross-market PMF while balancing global standards with local needs.

You’ll guide pilots, craft artefacts, and ensure the product scales across markets. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Eng, and Customer Success to shape pilots, prove value, and accelerate adoption while maintaining an auditable, trusted

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for insurer products globally, aligned with company direction.
• Continuously assess and improve Product-Market Fit across markets with different claims structures and rules.
• Decide what is global vs local, and defend that line in enterprise negotiations.
• Own key product, growth and commercial metrics and use them to steer decisions.
• Maintain direct, regular contact with appraisers, claims handlers and insurer decision-makers to inform product direction.
