Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to own the execution data platform end-to-end, translating customer needs into data contracts and platform capabilities.

You will set strategy, drive prioritization across data sources, and align senior technology leaders around a clear, AI-enabled roadmap. You will partner with engineering to ensure durable, reusable capabilities, strong governance, and trusted AI outputs.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI/ML-powered products and understand the difference between demos and production systems.
• Experience building data/platform products with governance, lineage, and evaluation.
• Strong ability to translate goals into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align roadmaps at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the product end-to-end from strategy to roadmap for the execution data platform and AI experiences.
• Prioritize data onboarding across sources, programs, and organizations with a clear framework.
• Translate user needs into requirements, data contracts, and success metrics.
• Define durable, reusable capabilities to prevent one-off builds and enable AI reuse.
• Collaborate with engineering to make trusted, cited answers with strong governance and privacy.
• Set customer benefit metrics and drive prioritization using data and experimentation.
• Build cross-functional coalitions and communicate strategy to CTO-level and teams.
• Mentor PMs and evangelize AI capabilities across the team.
• Represent the product in written, demos, and live forums.
