Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Okta for AI Agents to shape product strategy and execution for securing AI. You will define identity, permissions, and governance for agent-enabled workflows, connecting AI agents to enterprise tools with robust security controls.

Lead the lifecycle of agent identities, permissions, and audit trails, partnering with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to scale AI identity capabilities across Okta’s platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
• Deep understanding of API security and developer experience for integrating security services.
• Analytical and decisive: ability to drive action amidst ambiguity in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Excellent communication skills: collaborate cross-functionally with research, design, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI platform developers, security architects, and stakeholders to distill feature asks and ensure product-market fit for AI agent identity.
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI agent capabilities, including agent-to-agent authentication and delegated authority.
• Identify and prioritize development of features such as dynamic session management for AI, on-behalf-of token exchange, and agent-specific audit logs.
• Work with engineering and architecture teams to define protocols and deployment models that align with modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality features on time.
