Okta is seeking a Product Designer to help shape Okta for AI Agents. You will own end-to-end design workflows, turning complex agent-related concepts into intuitive experiences for IT admins, AI engineers, and security teams.

You will collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and content designers to advance patterns for non-human identity, policy, and trust boundaries. A strong portfolio and hands-on AI experience are essential.

Competenze

• Portfolio showing depth across projects, including shipped work.
• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing for a product with a technical audience as customers.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.

Mansioni

• Own key workflows end-to-end, from concepting to hardening and polishing flows as the product scales.
• Apply systems-thinking to connect user insights with business goals while keeping users and AI agents safe.
• Design experiences for multiple personas including Security Admins, AI Engineers, and IT Admins, tackling complex agent lifecycle scenarios.
• Contribute to scalable design patterns for non-human identity and agent management and security.
• Present work and new ideas to cross-functional partners and senior leadership; gather input to sharpen designs.
• Experiment with AI in the design process, using AI tools for brainstorming and rapid prototyping.
