Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Okta for AI Agents to shape the strategy and delivery of secure AI agent identities and governance. You will partner with engineering, design, and security teams to build lifecycle management, dynamic permission scoping, and audit capabilities, ensuring scalable, identity-driven governance across enterprise tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols including OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
• Deep understanding of API security and developer experience.
• Analytical and decisive in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Okta for AI Agents.
• Engage with AI platform developers, security architects, and internal stakeholders to distill feature asks.
• Define and implement agent identity lifecycle management and dynamic permission scoping.
• Collaborate with engineering to define protocols and deployment models for AI workflows.
• Drive cross-functional delivery with design, engineering, and documentation teams.
• Monitor industry trends in LLMs and AI security standards to differentiate solutions.
• Leverage product data to improve agent lifecycle management and adoption.
• Serve as SME for AI Identity to enable marketing and sales teams.
