Job summary
Okta for AI Agents is a pivotal new pillar for our security platform, shaping how AI agents connect to enterprise tools with strict identity governance. You’ll define strategy, own roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, and customers to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions for agentic workflows.
You will lead cross-functional efforts to implement dynamic permission scoping, delegated authorization, and robust audit logs across Okta's platform, ensuring trusted interactions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge of IAM protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML.
- Experience with API security and developer experience for security services.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI agent-specific capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.
- Drive cross-functional execution for agent identity lifecycle management and audit trails.
- Collaborate on protocol design (OAuth/OIDC extensions) and deployment models for AI orchestration.
- Monitor AI security standards and market trends to differentiate Okta's AI offerings.
