Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager II for an Agreement Data Platform to own the vision and roadmap of a core data platform supporting agreement workflows. You will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to shape scalable data structures and deliver clear data service contracts in a SaaS/fintech setting.

The role demands strong technical fluency, product judgment, and the ability to turn ambiguity into measurable outcomes. Remote from the US, visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or fintech environments focusing on platform or data products.
• Ability to discuss data models and integrations with technical stakeholders without heavy support.
• Proven track record of strategies with measurable outcomes from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and vision for the agreement data platform, aligning with customer and business priorities.
• Define and manage data model entities, attributes, and relationships as agreements evolve.
• Improve admin tooling to empower contract administrators to manage agreements independently.
• Ensure interfaces are legible and define clear contracts for API and data services.
