Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Management Support Specialist to advise and assist the Air Force on AEDC projects at Arnold AFB, TN. Responsibilities include defining scope, analyzing risks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring proper documentation across project milestones.

The role requires a Secret DoD clearance, MS in a related field, and 10+ years of experience. Onsite work in Tullahoma, TN with 0–10% travel. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship Level 4 - MS in Business/applicable field and 10+ years of experience.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation.
• Must be able to maintain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Documenting project scope, objectives, KPPs, and KSAs.
• Working knowledge of project phases (Initiation, Planning, Design, Execution, and Closeout).
• Monthly project review briefings to our Air Force customer.
• Working with finance to develop project spend plans.
• Holding weekly/bi-weekly meetings for project updates.
• Advise the Air Force of any project disconnects, risks, opportunities, and overall progress.
• Define and document project requirements and deliverables through direct stakeholder engagement.
• Managing complex projects of all sizes.
