Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Analyst in Maryland to provide advanced project coordination and analytical support across multiple Department of War programs. The role focuses on contract deliverables, procurement, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure schedule and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position with travel 10-20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Secret clearance required and ability to obtain DoD Top Secret clearance.
• 8+ years of relevant DoD/contracts/project management experience or 14+ years with a High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple DoD programs, ensuring deliverables and milestones are tracked.
• Prepare and track Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and related documentation.
• Maintain project trackers, financial workbooks, MELs, and procurement records.
• Monitor budgets, cost estimates, and labor expenditures for accountability.
• Serve as primary point of contact with government customers, contract managers, and technical teams.
• Identify risks, schedule conflicts, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and government regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align project activities with customer needs.
