Job summary

Canvas seeks a proactive Project Management Support professional to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to the 715th Test Squadron at AEDC, Arnold AFB in Tullahoma, TN. The role focuses on improving project reporting, decision-making, and administration for critical aerospace testing programs.

You will assist in coordinating complex projects with government and contractor teams, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget while maintaining DoD compliance and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Engineering)
• Demonstrated experience in a project or program support role, preferably in DoD or aerospace
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of test projects from concept to data analysis and final reporting
• Administrative & Management Support: help manage the organization and improve program management and project monitoring
• Stakeholder Interface: liaise between government customers, engineering teams, and project leadership for clear communication
• Documentation & Reporting: develop and maintain project documents, cost reports, schedules, test plans, progress reports and reviews
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve management processes within the squadron
