Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Project Management Support Specialist to provide advisory and assistance services to the Air Force on project/program management efforts at AEDC, Arnold AFB, TN. Responsibilities cover procurement support, contract administration, and records management for complex projects.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Level 4 MS in Business or applicable field with 10+ years of experience.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Document project scope, objectives, and KSAs; manage multiple projects.
• Lead project phases and conduct monthly reviews with Air Force customer.
• Coordinate with finance to develop spend plans and track budget.
• Schedule and run regular project meetings; communicate risks and opportunities.
• Ensure documentation is properly stored and maintain traceability across programs.
• Mentor junior PMs and foster cross-team collaboration.
