Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead 2nd shift operations on a large-scale hospitality development in downtown Chicago.

This role offers a multi-billion-dollar project exposure, direct leadership of a team of 5+ engineers and staff, and close collaboration with executive leadership. You will drive field coordination, subcontractor management, and schedule execution while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all 2nd shift construction operations (3 PM – 11 PM)
• Manage and lead a team of 5+, driving accountability and performance
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field operations to maintain schedule and quality
• Partner with Superintendents and Executive Leadership on daily execution strategy
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and production standards
• Track progress, mitigate risk, and proactively solve field challenges
• Drive schedule milestones on a fast-track, high-visibility project
