Centurion Selection, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up mixed-use, apartment and hotel developments in Chicago. You will oversee day-to-day site delivery, coordinate trades, manage schedules and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to drive progress on ongoing projects, review drawings and scopes, and maintain thorough site reports through closeout. Start is ASAP, with long-term project continuity.

Competenze

• Experience delivering ground-up commercial construction as PM (must-have).
• Proven track record on mixed-use, multifamily, or hotel projects.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of drawings, safety and quality standards.

Mansioni

• Lead site operations from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries and inspections.
• Manage construction schedules, short-term lookahead plans and site logistics.
• Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and quality control.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to resolve field issues and keep construction progressing.
• Review drawings, specifications and subcontractor scopes.
• Maintain daily reports and manage punch lists and project closeout.
