Responsibilities

• Lead with empathy, perseverance, integrity and curiosity in decisions and execution.
• Manage and grow relationships with clients, project partners, architects, end users and owners.
• Participate in business development efforts and pursue new opportunities.
• Initiate new business development opportunities, lead generation and pursuits.
• Build confidence in interviewing, presenting, and pitching to prospective clients.
• Represent the company at kickoff, mid-project and closeout gatherings to strengthen relationships.
• Maintain proactive, clear, and professional communication with project partners, prioritizing verbal over written updates.
• Address project issues by presenting problems and potential solutions to the Team Lead.
• Deliver performance feedback and contribute to formal reviews for direct reports.
• Delegate effectively, balance workload, and support junior staff.
• Mentor, oversee, and support Project Engineers and Project Coordinators.
