Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction/engineering/architecture or related field.
• Experience in commercial construction projects is required (3–5 years).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project management teams on ground-up or large-scale interior projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to maintain schedules.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and document control.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office to document project progress.
