Strong coaching and communication skills to teach technicians.
Ability to guide complex troubleshooting over phone/video.

Responsibilities

Provide real-time technical support to residential service technicians via phone and video calls.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues by guiding technicians step-by-step.
Serve as the subject matter expert—teaching, coaching, and helping technicians grow their skills.
Document recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to improve training and processes.
Ensure technicians feel supported, confident, and able to deliver high-quality service to customers.
